Michele is amazing! She helped my fiancé and I buy our first home back in March! One of the first things she did was sit down with us and figure out what exactly we wanted in a house! She put together an email list with houses we could look at on our own time. When we found ones we wanted to see, Michele had us in the houses within a day even hours sometimes. She worked with our crazy schedule and was a available all hours of the day to meet with us. We finally found a house we liked, but our inspection found some issues we wanted the owner to cover! Michele was able to negotiate with the sellers and get 95% of the issues fixed without spending a dime on our part. When it came to settlement day, there were still some issues and Michele was on the phone fighting for us right up until settlement time. Even during settlement, she caught issues that that would have been problematic for us had she not paid attention to the fine print and the little details. This woman is incredible and amazing at her job! If you are looking to buy or sell a home Michele Utz is the woman you want on your side!!
